1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and btk66 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the btk66 website located at btk66.io and all associated services, products, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing any bet or wager, or otherwise using any feature of btk66, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific terms expressly state otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on btk66 and to use any of the Platform's services. This age requirement is a strict condition of use. btk66 does not permit the use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Age Verification. btk66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification showing date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of btk66 is lawful in your jurisdiction. btk66 provides its services to players in Bangladesh and accepts no responsibility for the legal consequences of a player accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is restricted or prohibited.

2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual person may register only one account on btk66. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are discovered, btk66 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or bonus winnings, and retain any balances in the duplicate accounts.

2.5 Accurate Information. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.

2.6 Self-Exclusion. You must not register a new account on btk66 if you have previously self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and any winnings generated in a self-excluded account may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. btk66 will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from btk66 asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify btk66 immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. btk66 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials, provided that btk66 has not been negligent in its own security obligations.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). btk66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal, btk66 may require you to complete identity verification by submitting copies of acceptable identification documents. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. btk66 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts, deducted from the account balance, provided that the account balance does not fall below zero as a result. Players will receive advance notice before any inactivity fee is applied.

3.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your btk66 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any outstanding balance will be returned to your verified payment method subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable betting rules.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. btk66 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on btk66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion fees are applied by btk66 on transactions processed natively in BDT.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on btk66 is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by btk66 at the platform level, however individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players are responsible for understanding the limits applicable to their chosen payment method.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a player's btk66 account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to be reflected in the account balance. If a deposit is not credited within these timeframes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. To process a withdrawal, your account must be fully KYC-verified and the payment method to which you are withdrawing must have been previously used to make a deposit. btk66 does not permit withdrawals to payment methods not previously linked to the account through a deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted during BST business hours are typically processed within 4 hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.6 Wagering Before Withdrawal. Any deposit bonus or promotional credit applied to your account must be wagered in full in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Deposit funds (not bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC requirements being met.

4.7 Refused Transactions. btk66 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Where a transaction is refused, btk66 will endeavour to notify the player promptly and provide the reason for refusal where it is lawful to do so.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. btk66 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses awarded by btk66 are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus or promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. btk66 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, though any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional structures — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. btk66 reserves the right to take further action including account suspension in cases of systematic bonus abuse.

5.5 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or activated within the period stated in the relevant promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Bonuses that are activated but for which the wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period will also be forfeited upon expiry.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. btk66 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This right is exercised in cases including but not limited to suspected irregular betting activity, system errors, or market suspension events.

6.2 Bet Settlement. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport in question (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, btk66's decision following a review of available official sources shall be final.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or manifest pricing error, btk66 reserves the right to void any affected bets or casino game rounds. Winnings generated as a direct result of a known software error or manifest pricing error will not be paid and may be reversed. Players who discover a software error are required to report it to support immediately and refrain from continuing to exploit it.

6.4 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets on btk66 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test series, and other listed international and domestic fixtures. Match abandonment, weather interruptions, and DLS method adjustments are handled in accordance with the specific market rules published for each market type. btk66 actively monitors all account activity for indicators of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, btk66 will take appropriate action including warning, account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. btk66 aims to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond btk66's control. btk66 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime or unavailability.

10.2 Gambling Losses. btk66 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred by players as a result of betting or gaming activity on the Platform. All bets are placed voluntarily by the player and losses are the player's sole responsibility. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you accept that risk entirely.

10.3 Third-Party Content.
